Our Story

We are happy you found us. We are Joelle and Gerry, the owners of Jory Gardens. We are New Hampshire natives and were lucky enough to raise our three children here. We have owned this property since 2014 and have had many plans for what to do with our land and we are happy to say, we figured it out…work with the earth, farm the land, grow cut flowers. 

In 2025 Joelle purchased six dahlia tubers to bring joy and fill her kitchen with flowers when the college adults left for school and the house became empty. These tubers were grown in metal rings on the side of our driveway and watching their beauty unfold we knew we needed more for the next season. That is when the idea started. We decided to use a small portion of our two acres to create a flower garden that we could learn from, spread joy and maybe one day turn into a business. Well, in the fall of 2025, a few things changed for Gerry and I, we found ourselves in a position to jump into this idea with both feet! Jory Gardens was founded and the work began. Our hope is to be able to provide beautifully locally grown flowers to our community.
